What Is a Routing Number?

No matter where you are in the world, you can use your RBFCU routing number to make a number of financial transactions from your checking account.

A routing number, or your routing transit or ABA routing number, is a unique code made up of nine digits. This code will automatically communicate your bank’s details to other financial institutions.

Your routing number is regularly used for things like wire transfers and money transfers between bank accounts. You can also use it when setting up direct deposit payments from your job or electing for electronic funds withdrawals when paying your taxes.

Where Can You Find Your RBFCU Routing Number?

Just use your free personal checks to find the routing number. Located in the bottom left-hand corner will be the nine-digit routing number, followed by your account number and then the check number.

You can also find easy access to routing and account information through your online banking account. The Member Service Center will help but is only open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The toll-free phone number is (800) 580-3300.
